Please do your best to arrive at the appointment with no makeup on.
Please fill out intake forms sent via email and text before your appointment. This will give me a general idea of your skin before we start treatments!
Bring in the skincare products (or a list of the products) that you are using at home so that we can safely treat your skin. Some products may contraindicate certain services so it's important to be thorough to avoid any irritation.
Discontinue use of AHAs (glycolic, lactic, mandelic, malic), BHAs (salicylic), retinoids (retinol, Retin-A, Differin, etc.), benzoyl peroxide, or any other exfoliants for 5-7 days prior to treatment.
Skip any strong at-home facial treatments the week before your appointment and any exfoliation treatments a few days prior.
Avoid facial waxing for 5-7 days prior to treatment.
Please wait 2-3 weeks after receiving either Botox or fillers to experience a facial. The movements of the facial can potentially move the Botox or filler around, which is why it is vital to wait and let them set first.
Please avoid any laser or electrolysis treatments (of any kind) at least 7 days prior to your treatment.
Stay out of the sun and away from tanning for 5 days before your facial.
If you have a regular workout schedule in your day, arrange your schedule so that you can work out and rinse off in the shower before your facial. A heavy workout right after your appointment can irritate your freshly cared-for face with sweat and dirt.
Come prepared to discuss your skin concerns and what your goals might be. Your esthetician is a licensed expert in skin and skincare so they will help you come up with a specific regime of treatments and products to achieve your goals.
Most importantly, come prepared to relax and enjoy quality time taking care of yourself!

The appearance of your skin after service will depend on what treatment you receive. If there will be any redness or peeling you'll be informed ahead of time.

There is a huge difference between medical grade products, which I sell, and over-the-counter - and I always highly encourage clients to invest in the right products for at-home care. Your routine between treatments makes the biggest impact!

I recommend 4-6 weeks between each service. Acne treatments are recommended every 2 weeks.
