Policies

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so online or notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and all no-shows will automatically be charged 20% of the service. In case of an accident, or any other emergency on the day of your appointment, we will waive the fee one time per quarter. However, if you fail to notify us of the incident, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • In the event that you are running late, please call or text 571-564-5656 to notify us. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule and charged 20% of the service.

  • We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive treatment. This is for the safety and consideration of you and others in the building.

  • All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. In the event of a reaction to a purchased product, please email mybeautyskinbar@gmail.com to discuss options with us.
